  1. To install WinDial:

  4.     Start Windows and from the Program Manager click on
  5.     File and then Run
  6.     Type d:Setup "where <d> is the drive letter " 
  7.     if you are installing from a subdirectory then type the
  8.     full path ex. d:\xtalk\fil\setup
  9.  
  10.  
  11. Please read the Windial Write file after installation
